Description:
The scope of this e-quotation is for the supply and delivery of food items and beverages and related services for the partner meeting in connection with the Intencive Project under the Interreg Europe Programme 2014 – 2020. The time-limits for the execution of the contract shall be: Lot 1 Tuesday 24th March 2020 – Welcoming Coffee Session (9.00am to 16.00 hrs), and Networking lunch. Thursday 26th March 2020 - Welcoming Coffee Session (9.00am to noon) Lot 2 Tuesday 24th March 2020 – Seated 3 Course Dinner Lot 3 Wednesday 25th March 2020 – Seated 3 Course Dinner The INCOTERM2010 applicable shall be Delivery Duty Paid (DDP).
