Description:
The subject of this tender is to replace potable water mains in Triq Mannar and Triq Karkar, Gozo. The tender is inclusive, but not exclusive, of: • Open Cut Trenches o Potable Water Works Installation of potable water ductile iron mains and house connections, Road resurfacing as per trenching permit. All ductile iron mains and fittings, all polyethylene pipes and fittings and manhole covers and surface boxes are to be supplied by the Water Services Corporation. Site of works is in archaeologically sensitive area: Works on site are to proceed in line with the SCH terms of reference for Trenching Permit RWP1-1806/22 Triq Karkar and Triq Mannar Xaghra and any updated instructions issued from Superintendence throughout course of works: The approved archaeology monitor is to carry out twice daily inspections during all ground disturbance.
