Non-availability of Customer Care Support and Front Office services All ePPS Users are hereby informed that the Department of Contracts will be holding a Conference on 22nd March 2019. This means that the Department’s staff will not be available to offer its Customer Care or Front Office services. Non-availability of Customer Care Support All Economic Operator ePPS Users are hereby informed that the Department of Contracts will be having maintenance carried out on its telephony equipment installed at the Department this afternoon at 13:00hrs. eID Service Interruption Dear EO eID User. Due to maintenance to the eID services in relation to the GDPR, on 04/082018 between 12:00hrs and 17:00hrs, economic operators making use of this service to log in to ePPS will experience a service disruption. Economic operators who do not make use of the eID service to access ePPS will not be affected. All documentation will still be available for your perusal on ePPS. Non-availability of Customer Care Support All Economic Operator ePPS Users are hereby informed that the Department of Contracts will be holding its annual ePPS training between the 11th and 15th June 2018. This means that the Department’s staff will not be available to offer its Customer Care service, however, the Front Office will remain open as usual. Contracting Authorities have been guided not to set CfTs to close during this period.
