Description:
The subject of this quotation is to engage the services of a coordinator to setup and organise the hiring of a venue with meeting facilities and supply of food items and beverages and the provision of a Social Dinner event in connection with the Final Conference of the ReMED Project under the 5th Call of the Interreg Euro-MED programme, which will be held on the 23rd June 2026. The place of acceptance of the services shall be at the venues where the events are held. The time-limits for the execution of the contract shall be from the date of letter of acceptance up to and including Tuesday 23rd June 2026, or a later date in case events are postponed.
