Description:
The place of performance and acceptance of the services shall be Independence Square, Victoria, Gozo. The event shall be held on Monday, 14 December 2026, from 7.00 p.m. until midnight. Installation may commence from 8.00 a.m. on the same date, and the lighting system shall be installed, tested and fully operational by 4.00 p.m. The financial offer shall include all costs necessary for complete performance of the contract on a Delivered Duty Paid, DDP 2020, basis, where applicable.
