Description:
The services shall be accepted at the locations and times specified in Section 3, Terms of Reference. The period of execution shall be from 16 October 2026 to 18 June 2027, subject to the contract commencement provisions. The tendered rates shall include all costs necessary for the complete performance of the services, including the vehicle, driver, fuel, insurance, licences, maintenance and all other applicable charges, but shall exclude VAT.
