Description:
The project comprises the rehabilitation and enhancement of the existing historic Sa Maison and tal-Milorda gardens through the construction of new public amenities, upgrading of passageways, installation of architectural and landscape elements, and restoration of identified heritage features. The works include the formation of public toilets with an underlying cesspit and reservoir, resurfacing of pathways, installation of railings and balustrades, regeneration of the existing water fountain, reuse of the existing reservoir, installation of lighting bollards, benches and bins, and restoration interventions to various garden structures.
