Description:
The subject of this tender is for the Provision of Construction Management Services in conjunction with the Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS), for the Construction of various Units at Ta' Qali Artisan village, (MIP/TQF/TQL/C002/20). These are cumulatively estimated at €6,000,000 Ex-VAT. In view of this, this tender is dependent on said DPS and will also need to tackle the various mini call-offs of this same DPS simultaneously. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to adopt any other Procurement Method. The Construction Management Services shall include but are not limited to the following: • Project Manager; • Team Leader /Perit; • Quantity Surveying and Cost Control; • Health and Safety Services. (PSDS and PSCS); • QA/QC.
