Description:
The subject of this tender is for landscaping works in an environmentally friendly manner at various industrial estates in Malta and Gozo. The place of acceptance of the services shall be various industrial estates in Malta and Gozo, the time-limits for the execution of the contract shall be thirty six (36) months with one (1) possible extensions of twelve (12) months each from the first ‘Commencement Order’ which shall be issued within four (4) weeks from signing of contract or when the allocated budget is exhausted, whichever comes first, and the INCOTERM2020 applicable shall be Delivery Duty Paid (DDP).
