The subject of this Framework Agreement is to provide Professional Management Services by Job Orders to design and manage works including but not limited to i) demolition, ii) excavation iii) civil works, iv) earthworks, v) roadworks, vi) substations, and vii) removal, disposal and exportation of dangerous material, at various industrial estates administered by INDIS. This Framework Agreement is being divided into two (2) lots as follows: i. Lot 1 – Project Management Services for projects (Works) not exceeding €500,000 excluding VAT. ii. Lot 2 - Project Management Services for projects (Works) exceeding €500,000 excluding VAT.
